Mushtaq Sweets began as a small family dream in 1995. Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed, with a passion for traditional Pakistani confectionery and a vision to bring authentic flavors to Middlesbrough, started crafting sweets in his home kitchen using recipes passed down through generations.
What started as a humble venture quickly grew as the local community fell in love with the rich, authentic taste of his creations. The demand led to opening our first shop on Victoria Road, where we've been serving the community for over 25 years.
Today, Mushtaq Sweets remains a family-run business. Our son now works alongside his father, learning the art of sweet-making and ensuring that every piece that leaves our kitchen maintains the same quality and love that made us famous. We still use the same traditional methods — no shortcuts, no compromises.
